The Deal Finders Network was launched in May 2019 as a program to connect individuals who explore their cities with the home flippers who want to invest in them.  Since launch, the network has rapidly grown to include over 150 individuals in 20+ markets across the country.  Collectively, members of the Deal Finders Network have generated over 2,200 leads for National Home Team, and 15 of those leads have ended in deals being closed.

How does it work?

When a user signs up for the Deal Finders Network, they’re provided with a link to download an app used to submit potential leads.  Then, if they see a home that matches up with what National Home Team is looking for, they take a picture of the house on their app and submit.  If that lead ends in a deal being closed, the Deal Finder receives up to a $500 Finder’s Fee for submitting the lead.  We also offer bonuses and incentives based on friendly competitions we run periodically. Leads are tracked in our lead management system, giving real time access to login and see how close a Deal Finder is to getting paid!  Once we close on the deal, we pass along your bounty.

Who are ideal participants?

Uber/Lyft drivers, food delivery drivers, cyclists, urban explorers — all are great fits.  Essentially, anyone who is out in their city often and has their smartphone with them is able to find and submit potential deals.  Many of our participants don’t even fit the Uber/Lyft driver mold — they’re just motivated people looking for a side-hustle and interested in real estate at the same time.

Why is this a game-changer?

As the fix-and-flip market gets tighter and margins get slimmer, traditional methods of sourcing deals aren’t providing as great of returns for real estate investors.  Prices at tax sales and auctions are driven higher by a greater number of participants, and lower interest rates are leading more traditional home buyers to enter the market.  To find fix-and-flip opportunities, investors are having to generate leads and source deals in more innovative ways – like our Deal Finders Network.
